All of our puppies are vet checked before going to their new homes.

We encourage you to have your new puppy checked out by your own vet as well.

We provide you with a health history for your new puppy as well as a document from our vet.

All puppies are wormed at least three times and receive their initial immunizations.

We are a Chihuahua only breeder and have been breeding for over nineteen years.

We stand behind our puppies and are available for support throughout your puppy's entire lifetime.

We require that we be contacted if at anytime you need to re-home you Chihuahua and are always willing to take back any Chihuahua purchased or adopted from us regardless of the circumstances.

IF A LIFE THREATENING HEREDITARY OR CONGENITAL DEFECT MANIFESTS ITSELF BEFORE THE PUPPY'S FIRST BIRTHDAY, THE PUPPY MAY BE RETURNED FOR a full refund. A WRITTEN STATEMENT MUST BE PROVIDED BY A LICENSED VET and SELLER HAS THE RIGHT TO HAVE THE CONDITION VERIFIED BY A VET OF THE SELLER'S CHOICE.

SHOULD BUYER NEED TO REHOME THE PUPPY/DOG AT ANY TIME IN THE FUTURE, SELLER MUST BE CONTACTED WITH OPTION TO RECLAIM.

SELLER CAN NOT GUARANTEE SIZE, COLOR, COAT TYPE OR STRUCTURE AT MATURITY.

SELLER IS BOUND ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL BUYER.

BUYER AGREES TO THESE TERMS AND GUARANTEES SIMPLY BY THE ACT OF ACCEPTING THE PUPPY.​

IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL REIMBURSEMENT OF VET BILLS, PET CARE EXPENSES OR TRANSPORTATION EXPENSES BE GIVEN BY SELLER.
